Infos zum Sprachkurs - Information about language course

Es unterrichten philologisch ausgebildete und erfahrene Dozenten in Gruppen zu ca. 10-15 Teilnehmern/innen auf 6-8 verschiedenen Niveaustufen im Bereich der Grund-, Mittel- und Oberstufe. Der Sprachkurs ist nicht geeignet für absolute Sprachanfänger. Sprachanfänger müssen sich noch vor einer Anmeldung mit dem Organisator in Verbindung setzen. 

Inhalt: Hörverstehen, Sprechfertigkeit, Schreiben und Lesen von (Original-) Texten werden mit Übungen zur Grammatik, Wortschatz und Aussprache kombiniert. In den Grundstufenkursen wird mit einem Lehrwerk gearbeitet. Für das Lehrwerk entstehen Kosten in Höhe von ca. 12 Euro. In der Mittel- und Oberstufe werden verstärkt landeskundliche Themen und studienspezifische Fertigkeiten (z.B. Notationsübungen, Vortragstechniken) behandelt.

Leistungsnachweis: Benotete oder unbenotete Teilnahmescheine mit 6 ECTS-Credits
Scheinvergabe: Regelmäßige aktive Teilnahme, Hausaufgaben (ca. 1 Stunde pro Tag); für benotete Scheine: zusätzlicher Abschlusstest. Teilnehmerzahl: maximal 15 Personen pro Klasse

Information about language course

Philologically trained and experienced lecturers will teach groups of around 10-15 participants at 6-8 different levels (basic, intermediate and advanced). The language course is not intended for absolute beginners. If you have no German language knowledge, you should get in contact with the organizer before applying.

Contents: listening comprehension, oral skills, writing and reading of (original) texts are combined with grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation exercises. In the basic level courses, a text book is used. The text book costs about 12 Euro. In the intermediate and advanced levels, geographical and cultural topics and study-specific skills (e.g. notation exercises, presentation techniques) will be treated.

Certificates: Graded or non-graded certificates of participation with 6 ECTS credits

Requirements: regular active participation, homework (about 1 hour per day) and for a graded certificate an additional final test.

Class size: a maximum of 15 participants per class.
